Insurance
Norva J Bennett Acupuncture is an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans. Insurance coverage for acupuncture treatment varies widely from one plan to another – even among plans offered by a single insurer. We will be happy to verify what coverage your insurance provides for acupuncture treatment, and whenever possible, we will be happy to bill your insurance directly for the cost of your treatments. Acupuncture bills usual and customary fees for all services.
Cancellations
Your appointment time is reserved solely for you. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to your appointment.
If you are unable to cancel your appointment 24-hours in advance, a cancellation charge for the full treatment fee for the appointment will apply.
Payment
Payment in full is expected at the time of service. Cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) are accepted forms of payment.
